Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining process
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (automobile hiring preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with targets and timelines
Location: Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + incentives
