**About the Role:**

**Responsibilities:**
**For Office Assistant:**
– Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
– Assist with administrative tasks (photocopying, filing, etc.).
– Manage courier/delivery coordination.
– Support staff with day-to-day office operations.
**For Tele Caller:**
– Handle outbound calls to potential clients.
– Explain company services and address inquiries.
– Maintain call records and update databases.
– Follow up with clients professionally.

– Proficiency in **reading English** (mandatory).
– Basic educational qualification (10th/12th pass preferred).

पद के बारे में:
हम अपने फाइनेंस ऑफिस के लिए ऑफिस असिस्टेंट (ऑफिस बॉय) और टेली कॉलर पदों के लिए प्रेरित पुरुष उम्मीदवारों की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ने में सक्षम और अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स रखने वाला होना चाहिए।
जिम्मेदारियां:
🔹 ऑफिस असिस्टेंट के लिए:
✅ ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
✅ एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव कार्यों में सहायता (फोटो कॉपी, फाइलिंग आदि)।
✅ कूरियर/डिलीवरी का समन्वय करना।
✅ दिन-प्रतिदिन के कार्यों में स्टाफ की सहायता करना।
🔹 टेली कॉलर के लिए:
✅ संभावित ग्राहकों को आउटबाउंड कॉल करना।
✅ कंपनी की सेवाओं को समझाना और उनकी पूछताछ का उत्तर देना।
✅ कॉल रिकॉर्ड रखना और डेटाबेस अपडेट करना।
✅ ग्राहकों के साथ प्रोफेशनल तरीके से फॉलो-अप करना।
योग्यता:
✔ अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ने में दक्षता (अनिवार्य)।
✔ न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता (10वीं/12वीं पास को प्राथमिकता)।
✔ अंग्रेज़ी और स्थानीय भाषा में अच्छे संचार कौशल।
✔ आयु सीमा: 18 से 30 वर्ष।
✔ फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
